| Anderson Carpet regularly supports community services including “Rebuilding Together”, “Habitat for Humanity” and other similar programs involving material and labor donations. Staff participation is voluntary and we mobilize a very high number of employees and managers for these activities. |

| We also sponsor Golf tournaments to support a number of community organizations including St. Anthony’s Dining Room, American Cancer Society, The Ritter Center, and specific individual families in need. |

| Anderson Carpet & Linoleum Sales Co., Inc. is actively engaged with our labor partners. Management participates in Joint Apprenticeship program administration, financially supporting training & growth of Union members and regularly contributes personal time in both administrative & bargaining processes. Anderson's installation staff annually competes in the Manufacturer & Union sponsored events, and have won “installer of the year” award on multiple occasions. |
